Description

Painting on silk creates effects that are not possible on paper. Working with silk paints and Golden Fluid acrylics on silk, techniques will be demonstrated and samples made.

Using these techniques, a silk scarf will be painted. Then additional silk will be painted to use in collages. Collage techniques will be demonstrated and ideas for planning collages will be discussed. A step by step approach for making collages will be presented as well as examples.
